A 4-part Kundalini Yoga series live from Tobago
2020 was rough for everyone, no doubt. Raise your hand if you've been through a pandemic before! Exactly....pandemic-coping is new to all of us. Since we were built on self-care, I wanted to make healing and restoration accessible to everyone in 2021.
In finding ways to cope with the changes of the pandemic, I was inspired to offer Kundalini yoga, after meeting Elspeth, the founder of Thou Art Yoga who provides opportunities for personal and global upliftment and transformation through Kundalini Yoga: a powerful tool to transform energy into universal power within you.
Kundalini Yoga combines specific postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), hand positions (mudras), meditation and the use of sound vibrations (e.g. mantras in the ancient sacred languages of Sanskrit and Gurmukhi). Together, in prescribed sequences, these create specific, positively transforming effects.
If you've never tried yoga before, you practice all the time, once in a while or you're just curious, I invite you to join our Virtual Awaken with Nature Yoga Series sponsored by Teal N Bronze hosted in Tobago every Sunday in February, 2021 from 10 to around 11am.
We want everyone who is able to join us without concern for the cost. We have your back so there is absolutely no pressure to donate. Feel free to donate whatever you can to one or all sessions since 100% of the donations go directly to Thou Art Yoga and Venus: Doggess of Love.
There is no obligation to purchase in order to participate in our Awaken with Nature Yoga Series but if you want to extend your self care experience with us throughout the day, our special Self-Care Starter Kit, available for $55 with $10 going directly to Thou Art Yoga and registers you for the session of your choice.
About the Sessions:
Each session will last around an hour in length, conducted via Zoom by Elspeth Duncan, founder of Thou Art Yoga, Tobago-based KRI-certified Kundalini Yoga instructor who has been practicing this form of yoga since 2000 and teaching it since 2002. In addition to her Yoga practice, Elspeth is an accomplished chef, musician, writer, photographer, Reiki healer, and animal rescuer. (We first met through Venus: Doggess of Love)
